· General

Using our website and the services offered here are subject to certain terms.
We do our best to test everything before we release it. However, sometimes this might fail and result in errors and bugs in our products. We attend all issues as fast as possible and in the most convenient way, but we can't be held responsable for any damages caused.
We are happy to say that up to this day, we haven't recorded any kind of incident (even minor) that have resulted in any kind of damage to a person.

· Privacy

We take privacy seriously here. Over the past years, it has become hard to keep a simple newsletter to inform people about our products and services. People are afraid that signing up, might result in their email adress beeing sold to spamers.
We don't disclose any kind of information about our users to any 3rd party. We keep all personal information confidential. We only store email adresses for those that sign up to receive news through email, and each request to be removed, is honored in realtime. We only store personal info for people who ordered a product from us. This is done for our own internal purposes which will become obvious below.

· Product insurrance

We believe that once you have ordered a product from us, you have the right to receive a free copy in case you happen to loose it. This comes automaticly for everyone at no extra costs. Certain conditions apply here :
- you can receive a free download at anytime and as many times as you wish.
- you can receive a new CD and only pay for it's shipping and handling. You can receive a CD at a minimum of 3 months after the last CD was sent to you. (This includes the original CD).

We store your personal info after placing your order for us, to be able to offer the above insurrance. We honor your request and will remove this info at anytime you request it, but you will loose the insurrance as we will no longer have any information to match up against.

· Open door company

We are an "open" company. We believe that keeping a close contact with our users comes first. This means that we, the people at exoSyphen Studios ar not some employees behind a company. We are real persons just like you. You can talk with us at anytime and we invite everyone to contact us in any way the wish and with any question they have.
Over 90% of contacts are answered and properly attended within a maximum of 24 hours, with an average of under 12 hours.
