You say the game is easy but you can't complete it.
It's not a bug. It can be completed.

Trace level can be lowered below 25%

Simply using a crack command on servers just doesn't work everytime. Otherwise the game would be easy. The xenti server is hackable.

Is it possible to end this level with 0 trace? I played it few times an always have about 10% trace.
If not, can you make it possible?

I haven't try this.
I am not sure about making this possible, as it will reduce the game complexity overall.
I don't think it's such an important detail to finish with a 0 trace.

I could perhaps add a secondary goal through which you could achieve this if you want.

Nevermind, I've found the way to beat this with 0 % (and 1290 pts, try to beat me!). I just wanted to get this 500 points for completing level with 0% trace.

there is simple way open files open some readers and just enter codes it's simple as kid thing i can show you how can i do it

If you're teaching me how to cheat, remember it's not the first game from Robert I'm playing and I can open files and edit them or find there codes. And there's even easier way: use 'xmoney'.
But I achieved 0 trace without cheating.

ah yea modify file bytes by hex yea it's true also !

Except that it won't allow you tu submit a hiscore, just like with the previous game
