I have hacker evolution and untold on steam. To get access to the mods, I need the serial and email to access it. And steam doesn't provide me with a serial. When I goto options it just says Serial: 0. I can provide my steam profile link of proof I own it or you can add me on steam.

Before I purchase the game on Steam (hey - it's on sale, and I'm a sucker for sales!) I want to know that there is support for this game. Should I not buy the combined pack because the original game is no longer supported?

I too am thinking of getting the combined pack on Steam, and would like to know if we get the same access to future updates of the games as customers who purchase it from the exosyphen website do..? I would assume so as Steam automatically updates everything but it would be nice to know for sure that we get to have the mods and updates for free.

Same here with no "Serial" or is it somehow connected to your/our Steam Account?

I just purchased the Steam pack as well.

While the S/N question and upgrades are interesting to me, my more immediate question is in regards to the manual.
In the Steam game properties there is no manual provided and I cannot see it available for download on this page.

At this time I'm especially interested in the functionality of HW upgrades as to what each can do.

First, I would like to apologize for the late reply.
You have made our games a HUGE success and now we are stuck with hundreds of emails and other things to attend to, as a result. But we are now slowly back on track.

To answer your questions:

@Vlajke: Please email me using my email from the signature, and I will send you a manual right away (there should be one included in the game folder if I am not mistaken).

The serial number is used by non-STEAM customers. People purchasing through STEAM don't need one.
Whatever other people got through the user area by using the serial number, you already have it included on STEAM. It's also used to activate the game license for non-STEAM customers.

There are a few mods that are not yet included, but they will be included shortly on STEAM (for free, offcourse). If you want them before that, just send me an email.

As for support, we have one of the best customer support services in the industry.
Just look and ask around on our forums.
We handle everyone personally and quickly (we are bit slower these days, due to the huge volume of stuff resulted from the STEAM release).

I've browsed through the game folder and have indeed found the manual in there, so no need for you to send it separately.

I do suggest that you try working with Steam guys to put a link to it to the properties of the game. Or somehow make it known that the manual is included in the game folder. It will probably cut down on support questions
