Yeah everyone can count on the game getting free updates and the multi-player will be a new genre for the hacking simulation games, as none have done that so far, I don't believe.

If ever wondered what's with the 3D buildings and the left right scrolling, in order to accommodate a lot of player in multiplayer, the game will get "depth" Going around buildings and stuff

Oh man I can't wait to see some of that, some depth to hacker game would be great since most are 2D at best with a console.

Any chance you can make it so players can put up their own server, It will reduce cost to you and some people would like to play with just friends as well as on the main server. Also if for some reason (which I hope not and don't think you will but there's always that chance) that you take the main server down people can still play on servers.

These concerns will be addressed with the right solutions

Actually that's not true. Codelink is multiplayer it's just no pvp just yet. Also it's pretty much dead now but a few players still play it. It's still being worked on somewhat but the original creator gave it up. Also there working on pvp for it.

So on sence your's would be the first pvp multiplayer one (as they slowly work on it) just not the first multiplayer one lol.

Will there be an option to play over LAN with a bunch of friends? Or maybe a way to create a private room on the server to only allow my friends to play on?

We will host the server, but you will be able to create a private game for your friends.
